All items are sent tracked. Please check to your tracking number for updates. If an item is returned to us because it has not been reclaimed and/or your address is not found we will return the value of your order only (not incl. shipping).

VINYL: No returns on vinyl unless the items are damaged. If an item is faulty please provide us with a photo/video to max@craigieknowes.com and we will provide you with a replacement free of charge or a refund if the item is out of stock

CLOTHING: All clothing must be returned unworn, please use the size guides provided before purchasing. All accessories must be returned unused. If an item is faulty please provide us with a photo/video to max@craigieknowes.com and we will provide you with a replacement free of charge or a refund if the item is out of stock. Faults must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery.
